Shipping policy
Processing Time
All of our items are made to order, including embroidered sweaters and 3D printed accessories. Please allow 3-10 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time (U.S. Only)
We currently ship within the United States only. Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—be sure to follow us to stay updated!
Pickup Orders
If you choose pickup when checking out, please do not go to the address provided. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup and you may send a email to info@elevenstudios.shop to set up a pickup date and time. Failure to do so may result in the Pickup option not being available for future orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delays & Issues
Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier (such as USPS delays, weather conditions, or holiday volume). If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, we recommend contacting your local post office for assistance.
